I bought two of them - one for each bathroom - and my husband and I love them like family and friends! That was two years so I do not remember if the towels were to come to them, but ....

I do not think they look cheap at all! And you do not have to tear a towel or use both hands when you fill it too full. I used two towels at the time, and only fill it once a month or so. (Buy a tri-fold towels by the Costco case.)

Overall, I think it's wonderfulI will buy the product and two more this week to other areas as well.
